Please be aware that all techincal support which exceeds 15 minutes, whether by phone or e-mail, is subject to a $85.00 per hour fee.
Please be aware of the fact that once a website is completed (final invoice has been sent) it is owned by you, the customer. This means that any and all changes made by the customer are the sole responsibility of the customer. If something needs to be fixed/changed/edited by Imaracom, it will be subject to the $85.00 per hour maintenance fee. We strongly recommend making a copy of anything you are planning on changing, so that you may revert it if the changes do not go as planned. Imaracom, LLC will not be held liable for any damages or unwanted changes to your website once the site is completed and the final invoice has been sent. Thank you.
